For Yoga, you people should learn from an expert like Baba Ramdev by watching YouTube. And in reality, it is fun when we do yoga correctly. We are automatically relaxed feel. And in Yoga, our brain exercises are also good.

नमस्ते दोस्तों,
जैसा के आप लोग ऊपर वाली इमेज देख रहे हैं इस से साफ पता चलता हैं के जो भी हमारे सक्सेसफुल लोग हैं  इक ज़माने में कुछ भी नहीं थे, लेकिन उन्होंने अपनी हिम्मत को कायम रखा, और कभी भी समय को बरबाद नहीं किया। मैने सुना हैं वह लोग अपने समय कभी भी अपने गोल को पाने में ही लगाते थे। मैने एक जगह पढ़ा था कि बिल गेट्स अपने जूतों समेत सोते थे, क्यू की उनके पास इतना समय भी नहीं रहता था की वह अपने जुते उतारकर सुकुन की नींद सोए , बस उन का एक ही लक्ष होता था की वह अपने गोल को जल्द से हासील  करें।  एक इंटरव्यू  में मै ने पढ़ा की उनकी असिस्टेंट ने कहा, जब मै ऑफिस आती थी तो बिल गेट्स और उनके साथी भी आते थे, और वह लोग अंदर बैठ कर अपना काम करते थे, जब मै दूसरे दिन आती थी अपने ऑफिस के समय पर, तो पता चलता था की वह तो कल से घर गए ही नहीं। इतनी मेहनत के बाद आज वह कामयाब और सक्सेस हो गए है, और ऐसा काम किया की जो हर किसी के कंप्यूटर में  (विन्डोज़ ) डालना जरुरी हैं। जिस के बिना हम कम्प्यूटर ऑपरेट ही नहीं सकते। एक प्लेटफार्म बनाया जिस के ज़रिये हम कम्प्यूटर को चला सकते हैं, उन्होंने उस वक्त की छोटी छोटी कम्पनीज़ को खरीद लिया जैसे फॉक्सप्रो, लोटस १२३, वर्ड स्टार वगेरा और अपनी कंपनी का नाम दिया माइक्रो सॉफ्ट।

आगे की बात करे तो उन्होंने ऑफिस के काम के तालुक से ऑफिस २००० जैसे सॉफ्टवेयर भी लांच किया, जिस के ज़रिये आप ऑफिस के तमाम काम कर सकते हैं, जैसे लेटर ड्राफ्टिंग करना हो तो माइक्रो सॉफ्ट वर्ड, कोई हिसाब किताब करना हो तो एक्सेल, कोई प्रेजेंटेशन देना हो तो पॉवरपॉइंट और एक्सेस वगेरे वगेरे बनाया। और एक ख़ास बात यह हे की  माइक्रो सॉफ्ट कंपनी का हर सॉफ्टवेयर यूजर फ़िरेन्डली हैं। एकदम आसानी से कोई भी ऑपरेट कर सकता हैं।

आखिर में यह बताना चाहता हु की माइक्रो सॉफ्ट और भी बहुत सारे सॉफ्टवेयर बना रही हैं. उन्होंने कस्टमर की नीड को जानते हुए सभी काम किये।

देखा दोसतो कभी भी कोई भी काम करते समय कस्टमर की जरूरतों की ख्याल रखे, जो कस्टमर को चाहिए वह दें बल्कि उससे भी कई ज़्यादा दें, ताकि कस्टमर आपका खुश रहे और आपको ज्यादा से ज्यादा काम दें। और आप भी सक्सेस लोगो की तरह ज़िन्दगी जिए।

उम्मीद करता हु की आप लोग समझ गए होंगे.

As you are seeing the above image, it clearly shows that whatever our successful people are, there was nothing in the past, but they kept up their courage, and never wasted time. Wherever I have heard, those people used to spend their time only to get their goals. I had read one place that Bill Gates used to sleep with his shoes, because he did not have enough time to take off his shoes and sleep with peace, he had only one target to get his goal quickly. Do it in an interview, I read that his assistant said, Bill Gates and his companions used to come when I came to office, and they used to sit and do their work, when I came on the second day at my office hours. It was known that he had not gone home since yesterday. Today after so much hard work, he has become successful and has done such work which is necessary to put (windows) in everyone's computer. Without which we cannot operate a computer. Created a platform through which we can run computers, they bought small companies like FoxPro, Lotus 123, Word Star etc and named their company Micro Soft.

Talking further, they also launched software like Office 2000 from the office work table, through which you can do all the work of the office, like letter drafting, Microsoft Word, if you want to do an accounting book then Excel, If you want to make a presentation, then PowerPoint and Access etc. And one special thing is that every software user of a Microsoft company is User Friendly. Anyone can operate very easily.

In the end, I want to tell that Microsoft is making many more software. The company did all the work knowing the customer's need.

Whenever you do any work, take care of the needs of the customer, give what the customer wants but give more than that, so that the customer will be happy and give you maximum work. And you too live your life like a success.

Hope u all are good in health, as I stick image above "A Goal without a plan is just a Wish". Hope u all understand it properly. But I have to explain those who did not understand it, that first Dream ur Goal then take action on it means Plan if u dont plan it will included into a simple Wish. That's y u plan your Goal properly, take help with other successful persons, and mentor too.

I hope u must understand the above image of motivation. But I must try to understand those who did not got the above image properly into their mind.
You are stronger, means we have to know our ability which is inside our body, for this thinking we must be in the environment of success people. In that environment we will know how they talk, how they think, how they act their work, what are their principles of living, standard of living, their hard work status, their behaviour and so on.
If we know our brain power we will be able to achieve the target which we thought. We must dream first the goal than we should act on it. Thats y I must say that you are more stronger than you think. Dont stay with the people who's thinking are not positive, stay with positive people, and u must have a mentor who will guide you in all manner specially in your field.
My wishes are with you all guys stay motivated and get success.
