    HEALTH IS WEALTH
    Hello Friends, Hope this find you in good health,
    In this topic I have briefly explain you how one can do better his health.
    To do these simple ways to keep your body moving and healthy without hitting the gym or dieting. Take the stairs. Walk to your school or office. Clean your house. Stop eating when you’re almost full. Eat a balanced meal. 
    Eat breakfast. 
    Sleep right
    Stand while studying or working. 
    Drink lots of water.
    Be physically active for 30 minutes most days of the week. Break this up into three 10-minute sessions when pressed for time. Healthy movement may include walking, sports, dancing, yoga, running or other activities you enjoy. Eat a well-balanced, low-fat diet with lots of fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
    DAILY EXERCISE FOR BETTER HEALTH

    Stop Smoking and Limit Alcohol.
    The other most effective way to stay fit is as follows
    Firstly the exercises that are required are as follows- 
    Running- 30 mins at morning + 30 mins at evening. 
    Skipping-10 mins at morning + 10 mins at evening.

    Limit how much alcohol you drink.
