Opportunity, means an occasion or situation that makes it possible to do something that you want to do or have to do, or the possibility of doing something. In other words opportunity is a situation in which it is possible for you to do something that you want to do. Everyone will have an opportunity to comment. I was never given the opportunity of going to college. The exhibition is a unique opportunity to see her later work. I had an opportunity to go to New York and study. The best reason for a trip to London is the super opportunity for shopping. I want to see more opportunities for young people.There are 4 Truths of Creating Your Own Opportunities

As a young actor fresh out of drama school, I was convinced it would only be a matter of time before I took Broadway by storm. All I had to do was outhustle the competition. But it didn’t take long before I realized talent and hard work aren’t enough to thrive in this industry or any other. There are many variables beyond my control that can pull my focus from what I could actually leverage. As I transitioned from actor to entrepreneur, I was surprised to discover the entertainment industry had prepared me for my new venture. Being an actor is not so different from running a business after all—the product just happens to be the artist. In time, I improved my ability to target what was within my power, leading to what I call the four truths of creating your own opportunities. - Take action:
For years I would wait for the phone to ring hoping the perfect part would fall into my lap. Eventually I realized that my story would never be told unless I wrote it. Before I went to college, my father told me there was no excuse for skipping class. “You can get a C just for showing up,” he said. His point was half of success in life comes from the quality of our presence.After graduate school, I was just another struggling artist among the masses. The constant flux of emotion, of feeling I was so close to my breakthrough one minute and I should pack it all in the next, was exhausting. I often struggled to sustain the right philosophy when it came to pursuing my long-held dream.Then, in the winter of 2010, I began working with an acting teacher who changed my life. His lessons transcended the stage and profoundly influenced the person I would become.

My mentor Andy was a storyteller just like me, but he had started late in the game. He auditioned steadily for 15 years before landing a series regular role on one of TV’s most popular shows. Instead of getting discouraged by his early setbacks, he chose to double down and improve his craft.His example taught me that we get to choose how we show up in life and that the quality of our contributions begins with the quality of our energy. He never allowed his talent to collect dust, choosing instead to stay ready for whatever opportunities might come his way. Perhaps the most important lesson I took from him was the importance of always approaching life as if you’re just getting started.- Avoid toxic people:
Many years ago I was sitting in a busy coffee shop when a woman asked if she could sit in the empty chair opposite me. “Sure,” I said. After a few moments we struck up a conversation when she asked, “What do you do?” At that point, I was just a few months out of drama school and excited to share my profession with anyone who cared to know. “I’m an actor,” I beamed. She shot me a skeptical glance before falling into a cackling laugh. “How’s that working out for you?” she asked. I probably should have told her the seat was taken.The point is it’s really easy to be cynical. Anybody can find reasons to complain or criticize. Choosing to focus on possibilities takes a unique type of courage. Your life is flying by. Don’t waste another second with people who refuse to get out of their own way and want to take you down with them.In time, your life will begin to mirror the people you spend the most time with, so pick your brain trust wisely and share your ambitions with only with like-minded people who support your vision. We don’t have to share our dreams with everybody.- Find flow instead of building muscle:
Today our culture is bombarded with words like “grind” and “hustle.” I love the idea of encouraging hard work and personal accountability. But if we’re not clear on how to work hard, it can come at a great cost.

As a young acting student, I’d arrive at the theater each morning at 5:30 a.m. Nothing gave me greater delight than being the first to write my name on the sign-in sheet. I worked hard and reaped many rewards from my dogged determination. But it also came at a great cost. I chose competition over community, solitude over camaraderie, and though I was prosperous in improving my technique as an artist, I was bankrupt in the arenas of my life that really matter. Family, friends and service to others were playing supporting roles when they should have been the stars all along. I spent years pushing very hard on a door that read, “Pull.”You must work incredibly hard toward your goals, but you can do so without having to “muscle” through life. We don’t have to bulldoze our way to the top. We can learn to flow like a stream racing through a valley. It moves quietly above, around or below its obstacles, reaching its destination by working in harmony with its surroundings. When we work in unity with others who share our values and core principles, we reach our target together, while lifting one another up and having a lot more fun along the way.
Dear friends, here I explained all opportunity details, but my aim was that I want each of us do not waste the time which we got from God. We all have to do some thing but what we dream, action should be taken soon. Don't be theoretical but to experimental. Some of us says that I did not get any opportunity to do this and that, actual it the great excuse we use that time to spoil our valuable dream. So be careful do practical on what we dream. Don't sit idle, take action on the focus. Don't allow the negativity into ours. Definitely will get SUCCESS.Thanx

Today I am taking the topic of one the popular super star of Bollywood. When he was 10 his brother drowned and died in front of him who was 17. He was helpless to save him that time. That was the time where his career initiated, and his mother supervised him properly. Because that time he get scare by means of all things like firecrackers and so on. He was living in 100 square foot room that time with toilets. When he passed his 11th, there was no money to continue his study. He joined one job in travelling agency named Trade Wings. He was happy with the job in Trade Wings, but that time when he was going from office, one guy asked him at bus stop, what do you do. He replied him that working with travelling agency. He said that I am working with one advertising agency of modelling. And I know that you can do modelling, in which you just depict your photographs in different styles, that will publish into magazines and you will get huge amount for that. If you want to join modelling than I can arrange your meeting with the concerned person. He shocked and surprised that can he do this? But his internal voice came out and told himself Yes he can do modelling.

Later he gone to Jahangir Art Gallery and done his work in the lunch time. Simultaneously he does his old job also in Trade Wings, at Davar's College of Flora Fountain. There he met to Mr. and Mrs. Jain told him that take his measurement, you are now model he told him. He gone home and told mom that he is now model and got Rs. 7500. Mom was very happy with him. Then magazines published his photographs also. He asked his mom now he is not interested in his old job of travelling agency and wanted to leave the job, mom permitted him to leave. Now he is gradually little well known personality and will be the future hero of Bollywood he said. Father laughed at him and made fun of him. Then he left the old job and fully focused on modelling. After some days he made friendship with Sunil Anand, and asked him that wanted to meet his father. Sunil Anand met him to his father, father told welcome dear just I have seen you in the morning and you are in front of me, its a good sign. I will give you a role in my film, he has given him the second lead role in his film. But when he gone 15 days later, he told him that the role given to Mithun, but now I will give you the another role i.e. chamcha of shakti kapoor. He did that role and slowly slowly as he wanted to forget all old sorrows. The great super star name is JACKIE SHROFF. Then he got back to back films continuously till date.

आज मैं बॉलीवुड के एक लोकप्रिय सुपर स्टार का विषय ले रहा हूं। जब वह 10 साल का था तो उसका भाई पानी में डूब गया और उसके सामने उसकी मौत हो गई जो 17 साल का था। वह उस समय उसे बचाने के लिए लाचार था। यही वह समय था जब उनके करियर की शुरुआत हुई और उनकी माँ ने उनकी देखरेख ठीक से की। क्योंकि उस समय वह पटाखे वगैरह सभी चीजों से डर जाता है। वह उस समय 100 फुट के कमरे में शौचालय के साथ रह रहा था। जब उन्होंने अपनी 11 वीं पास की, तब उनके अध्ययन को जारी रखने के लिए पैसे नहीं थे। उन्होंने ट्रेड विंग्स नामक ट्रैवल एजेंसी में एक नौकरी ज्वाइन की। वह ट्रेड विंग्स में नौकरी से खुश था, लेकिन उस समय जब वह ऑफिस से जा रहा था, एक व्यक्ति ने उसे बस स्टॉप पर पूछा, आप क्या करते हैं। उन्होंने उसे जवाब दिया कि ट्रैवल एजेंसी के साथ काम करता हूँ । उन्होंने कहा कि मैं मॉडलिंग की एक विज्ञापन एजेंसी के साथ काम कर रहा हूं। और मुझे पता है कि आप मॉडलिंग कर सकते हैं, जिसमें आप अपनी तस्वीरों को विभिन्न शैलियों में चित्रित करते हैं, जो पत्रिकाओं में प्रकाशित होंगी और आपको इसके लिए बड़ी राशि मिलेगी। यदि आप मॉडलिंग से जुड़ना चाहते हैं तो मैं संबंधित व्यक्ति के साथ आपकी बैठक की व्यवस्था कर सकता हूं। वह चौंक गया और आश्चर्यचकित हो गया कि क्या वह ऐसा कर सकता है? लेकिन उनकी आंतरिक आवाज बाहर आई और खुद को बताया कि वे मॉडलिंग कर सकती हैं।

A former world no. 1, she has won over 24 international titles, which includes eleven Superseries titles. Although she reached the world's 2nd in the 2009, it was only in 2015 that she was able to attain the world no. 1 ranking, thereby becoming the only female player from India and overall the second Indian player – after Prakash Padukone – to achieve this feat. She has represented India three times in the Olympics, winning a bronze medal in her second appearance.

Rajiv Hari Om Bhatia is an Indian-born Canadian actor, producer, martial artist and television personality who works in Bollywood films. Born in Delhi, his bachelor life was in Chandni Chowk. Father Amritsar based where Mom Kashmir. When he passed his 10th exam requested his father, I want to learn Marshal Art. Then father collected money and sent him to Bangkok. He practiced 5 years Karate with boxing. After completing his tenure in Bangkok became Calcutta and worked there as a Trainer. Later worked in Mumbai, Delhi and others region too.

During that period one of the father of his student told him that why don't you be a model. As your height body and look is so beautiful, you can do modelling. He replied that I don't know anything in modelling even my father and mother do not know. That person told him to come I will manage you in all manner because he was a modelling co-ordinator. Later the modelling co-ordinator taken that guy to one furniture room, because there was the assignment of modelling. He sat there in AC room and done the modelling 2 to 3 hours, with his food. Then after completing his furniture assignment he got the cheque of Rs. 21000. He was very happy and thought that, I was working for one month and earning just Rs. 5000 in Marshal Art, where here there is for 3 hours I got Rs. 21000. He promised himself that I will do this only from now onward.

He use to go to several places where models required with his photographs. He gets some works and done Rampock also within tenure by gaining more experiences in modelling field. Finally one director Mr. Pramod Chakrabory met him and asked can you work in my film, he said yes of course. Mr. Chakrabory given him cheque of Rs.5001 and started film.

Presently he has completed his 130 films in Bollywood more than his thought.He thanked to God that God has given him many un-achievable things. He married to the daughter of the legendary Rajesh Khanna and Dimple Kapadia.

His original name is Rajiv Hari Om Bhatia but we know him as Akshay Kumar. Yes he is Akshay Kumar, people loved him very much.

राजीव हरिओम भाटिया एक भारतीय मूल के कनाडाई अभिनेता, निर्माता, मार्शल कलाकार और टेलीविजन व्यक्तित्व हैं जो बॉलीवुड फिल्मों में काम करते हैं। दिल्ली में जन्मे, उनके स्नातक जीवन चांदनी चौक में थे। फादर अमृतसर जहां स्थित है मॉम कश्मीर। जब उन्होंने 10 वीं की परीक्षा पास की, अपने पिता से अनुरोध किया, तो मैं मार्शल आर्ट सीखना चाहता हूं। फिर पिता ने पैसे इकट्ठे किए और उन्हें बैंकॉक भेज दिया। उन्होंने मुक्केबाजी के साथ 5 साल कराटे का अभ्यास किया। बैंकाक में अपना कार्यकाल पूरा करने के बाद कलकत्ता गया और वहां एक प्रशिक्षक के रूप में काम किया। बाद में मुंबई, दिल्ली और अन्य क्षेत्रों में भी काम किया।

उस अवधि के दौरान उनके छात्र के पिता में से एक ने उनसे कहा कि आप एक मॉडल क्यों नहीं बनते हैं। जैसा कि आपकी हाइट बॉडी और लुक इतनी खूबसूरत है, आप मॉडलिंग कर सकते हैं। उन्होंने जवाब दिया कि मुझे मॉडलिंग में कुछ भी पता नहीं है यहां तक कि मेरे पिता और मां भी नहीं जानते हैं। उस व्यक्ति ने उससे कहा कि मैं तुम्हें हर तरह से प्रबंधित करूंगा क्योंकि वह एक मॉडलिंग को-ऑर्डिनेटर था। बाद में मॉडलिंग को-ऑर्डिनेटर उस आदमी को एक फ़र्नीचर रूम में ले गया, क्योंकि वहाँ मॉडलिंग का काम था। उन्होंने वहां एसी रूम में बैठकर अपने खाने के साथ मॉडलिंग 2 से 3 घंटे की। फिर अपने फर्नीचर असाइनमेंट को पूरा करने के बाद उन्हें 21000 का चेक दिया। वह बहुत खुश था और उसने सोचा था कि, मैं एक महीने के लिए काम कर रहा था और सिर्फ रुपये कमा रहा था। मार्शल आर्ट में 5000, जहाँ यहाँ 3 घंटे के लिए मुझे रु 21000. उन्होंने खुद से वादा किया कि मैं अब से केवल यही करूंगा।

वह कई स्थानों पर जाने लगा जहां मॉडल को अपनी तस्वीरों दिखने लगा। मॉडलिंग क्षेत्र में अधिक अनुभव प्राप्त करके उन्होंने कुछ काम किए और रामपॉक भी कार्यकाल के भीतर किया। अंत में एक निर्देशक श्री प्रमोद चक्रवर्ती उनसे मिले और पूछा कि क्या आप मेरी फिल्म में काम कर सकते हैं, उन्होंने कहा कि हां बिल्कुल। श्री चक्रवर्ती ने उन्हें 5001 रुपये का चेक दिया और फिल्म शुरू की।

वर्तमान में उन्होंने बॉलीवुड में अपनी सोच से अधिक 130 फिल्में पूरी की हैं। उन्होंने भगवान को धन्यवाद दिया कि भगवान ने उन्हें कई अविश्वसनीय चीजें दी हैं। उन्होंने महान राजेश खन्ना और डिंपल कपाड़िया की बेटी से शादी की।

उनका मूल नाम राजीव हरिओम भाटिया है लेकिन हम उन्हें अक्षय कुमार के नाम से जानते हैं। हाँ वो अक्षय कुमार हैं, लोग उन्हें बहुत पसंद करते थे।

Hope you all finds this in good health,

Today I am taking the case study of a Great American Swimmer Michael Phelps who was born in Baltimore, USA in 1985. He started his swimming career at the age of 7.  When he was 9 his mom and father divorced. Due to daily quarreling and other issues in their home Michael was very depressed. His father has left him and mom was his all in one. Then he started to think about his career by selecting swimming. He wants to forget all old issues of his family. He focused his career in full fledged on swimming, only the coach and his mom was with him to encourage him.

When he was 10 he has broken some National records, and at 12 he broke many National records. He is the first American player who entered at the age of 15 in Olympic Game. He got 4 Olympic medal and 28 medals. When he played the Olympic in 2004 / 2008 / 2012 and 2016, he was the only player who got most medals in Olympic. He trained himself 12 hours daily in 4 years. 100 km per week, 15 km per day and 100 meter in 50 seconds. His thought processing system was boundary less thinking. He himself makes records and breaks the records. Again make the records and later break it and moving forwards in the records.

Then, he announced that I will break all the previous records of Mark Spitz. All were laughing on him by saying that no chance of this to break the old records of Mark Spitz. But the negative annotation by competition became his motivation. In 2008 he announced that will win 8 Gold Medals in Olympic. Opposition was making fun of him, they said he is now mad. Unfortunately one incident happened and his right hand fractured and bones broke. It meant that , there is no change to play the Olympic game this year. He consulted with Doctor, but in vain because Doctor forbidden him to play. Doctor advised him to play  further till the 100% recovery of his hand. Then he thought that I have announced 8 Gold Medals. He started then practicing without using hands but with only legs for one year. Assuming that practice makes man perfect.

The Beijing Olympic started. He also participated, and won all the games as per his commitment till 7 Medals. But when it was the time for 8 Medal, it was 200 meter of butterfly swimming. As soon as the game started unfortunately one side of his eye goggle cracked down. Race started, no way to stop anything. No body knows that his goggle cracked except him. After 100 meters water was entering into his eye. He was completely blind on that stage, but did not stopped himself. He continued his swimming. Because he had counted his steps while doing practice with legs for one year. He remembered it and guessed it that on which step I should be there and on this step I will be here while swimming. Finally when he guessed that it is my last count and when he saw on the boards written WR means World Record on his name. He was so excited and cried with happiness. That was his 8th Gold Medal which he committed. Now he is the 5th Richest Player of the world. 

But after all these successes he was in bad habits in 2012. He jailed o due to drugs, alcohol, caught with smoking in no smoking zone. He also temporary banned from his swimming career. When asked through news channel that how you feel failure after success. He replied the New Channel, as a human being anybody can do mistake. I came far away, cant stop myself from many more successes. He thought that Digging a 1 foot pit at 100 places does not release water. But digging 100 feet at one place removes water.

Michael  Phelps won his 8th Medal 

I am reborn now. Then his mother and his coach again trained him. He also use to see the games and history of other players like Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, Tiger Woods and so on . They inspired him more later and practiced more than before.

He made one Phelps Foundation in 2009, with the motive of the new players of swimming. His message is what I got from my swimming career I want to share it with the others, that's why I opened this for the people. He alone himself won 23 Gold Medals, 4 Olympic in swimming where as India won 9 Gold Medals 24 Olympic in 57 games. 

नमस्कार दोस्तों, आशा है कि आप सभी को यह अच्छे होगें, मैं एक महान अमेरिकी तैराक माइकल फेल्प्स का केस स्टडी ले रहा हूं, जो 1985 में बाल्टीमोर, अमेरिका में पैदा हुए थे। उन्होंने अपने तैराकी करियर की शुरुआत 7 साल की उम्र में की थी। जब वह 9 साल के थे, तब उनके माता और पिता का तलाक हो गया था। अपने घर में रोज़ झगड़ने और अन्य मुद्दों के कारण माइकल बहुत उदास था। उसके पिता ने उसे छोड़ दिया है और माँ ही सिर्फ उसके साथ थी। फिर उन्होंने तैराकी का चयन करके अपने करियर के बारे में सोचना शुरू कर दिया। वह अपने परिवार के सभी पुराने मुद्दों को भूलना चाहता है। उन्होंने तैराकी में अपना करियर पूरी तरह से केंद्रित किया, केवल कोच और उनकी माँ उन्हें प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए उनके साथ थीं।

जब वह 10 वर्ष के थे, तब उन्होंने कुछ राष्ट्रीय रिकॉर्ड तोड़े थे, और 12 साल में उन्होंने कई राष्ट्रीय रिकॉर्ड तोड़े थे। वह पहले अमेरिकी खिलाड़ी हैं जिन्होंने 15 साल की उम्र में ओलंपिक खेल में प्रवेश किया। उन्हें 4 ओलंपिक पदक और 28 पदक मिले। जब उन्होंने 2004/2008/2012 और 2016 में ओलंपिक खेला, वह एकमात्र खिलाड़ी थे जिन्हें ओलंपिक में सर्वाधिक पदक मिले। उन्होंने 4 साल में रोज 12 घंटे खुद को प्रशिक्षित किया। प्रति सप्ताह 100 किमी, प्रति दिन 15 किमी और 50 सेकंड में 100 मीटर। उनकी विचार प्रक्रिया प्रणाली सीमा कम सोच थी। वह खुद रिकॉर्ड बनाता है और रिकॉर्ड तोड़ता है। फिर से रिकॉर्ड बनाते हैं और बाद में इसे तोड़ते हैं और रिकॉर्ड में आगे बढ़ते हैं। फिर, उन्होंने घोषणा की कि मैं मार्क स्पिट्ज के पिछले सभी रिकॉर्ड तोड़ दूंगा। मार्क स्पिट्ज के पुराने रिकॉर्ड को तोड़ने का कोई मौका नहीं है, यह कहकर सभी उस पर हंस रहे थे। लेकिन प्रतियोगिता द्वारा नकारात्मक टिप्पणी उनकी प्रेरणा बन गई। 2008 में उन्होंने घोषणा की कि ओलंपिक में 8 स्वर्ण पदक जीतेंगे। विपक्षी उनका मजाक उड़ा रहे थे, उन्होंने कहा कि वह अब पागल है। दुर्भाग्य से एक घटना घटी और उसका दाहिना हाथ फ्रैक्चर हो गया और हड्डियां टूट गईं। इसका मतलब था कि, इस साल ओलंपिक खेल खेलने के लिए कोई बदलाव नहीं है। उन्होंने डॉक्टर से परामर्श किया, लेकिन व्यर्थ क्योंकि डॉक्टर ने उन्हें खेलने से मना किया। डॉक्टर ने उन्हें अपने हाथ की 100% वसूली तक आगे खेलने की सलाह दी। तब उसने सोचा कि मैंने 8 गोल्ड मेडल्स की घोषणा की है। उन्होंने एक वर्ष के लिए तब बिना हाथों का उपयोग किए अभ्यास करना शुरू किया और अपने पैरो से प्रैक्टिस करना शुरू किया। उस प्रथा को मान लेने से मनुष्य परिपूर्ण हो जाता है।

बीजिंग ओलंपिक शुरू हुआ। उन्होंने भी भाग लिया और 7 पदक तक अपनी प्रतिबद्धता के अनुसार सभी खेल जीते। लेकिन जब यह 8 मेडल का समय था, तो यह 200 मीटर की तितली तैराकी थी। जैसे ही खेल शुरू हुआ दुर्भाग्य से उसकी चश्मा टूट गया और उसका एक हिस्सा नीचे गिर गया। दौड़ शुरू हुई, कुछ भी रोकने का कोई उपाय नहीं। कोई भी नहीं जानता है कि उसके गॉगल ने उसे छोड़ दिया। 100 मीटर के बाद पानी उसकी आंख में घुस रहा था। वह उस मंच पर पूरी तरह से अंधा था, लेकिन खुद को नहीं रोका। उन्होंने अपनी तैराकी जारी रखी। क्योंकि उन्होंने एक साल तक पैरों से अभ्यास करते हुए अपने कदम गिनाए थे। उन्होंने इसे याद किया और यह अनुमान लगाया कि मुझे किस कदम पर होना चाहिए और इस कदम पर मैं तैराकी करते समय यहां रहूंगा। अंत में जब उन्होंने अनुमान लगाया कि यह मेरी आखिरी गिनती है और जब उन्होंने लिखित बोर्ड पर देखा तो उनके नाम पर WR का अर्थ वर्ल्ड रिकॉर्ड है। वह बहुत उत्साहित था और खुशी के मारे रो पड़ा। यह उनका 8 वां गोल्ड मेडल था जो उन्होंने किया। अब वह दुनिया के 5 वें सबसे अमीर खिलाड़ी हैं।

लेकिन इन सभी सफलताओं के बाद वह 2012 में बुरी आदतों में थे। उन्होंने ड्रग्स, अल्कोहल के कारण ओ जेल कर दिया, नो स्मोकिंग जोन में धूम्रपान के साथ पकड़ा। उन्होंने अपने तैराकी करियर पर भी अस्थायी प्रतिबंध लगा दिया। न्यूज चैनल के माध्यम से जब पूछा गया कि सफलता के बाद आप असफलता कैसे महसूस करते हैं। उन्होंने न्यूज चैनल को जवाब दिया, एक इंसान के रूप में कोई भी गलती कर सकता है। मैं बहुत दूर आ गया, कई और सफलताओं से खुद को रोक नहीं सका। उसने सोचा कि 100 स्थानों पर 1 फुट गड्ढा खोदने से पानी नहीं निकलता है। लेकिन एक स्थान पर 100 फीट खुदाई करने से पानी निकल जाता है। मैं अब पुनर्जन्म ले रहा हूं। तब उनकी मां और उनके कोच ने उन्हें फिर से प्रशिक्षित किया। वह रोजर फेडरर, राफेल नडाल, टाइगर वुड्स और अन्य खिलाड़ियों के खेल और इतिहास को देखने के लिए भी उपयोग करते हैं। उन्होंने उसे बाद में प्रेरित किया और पहले से अधिक अभ्यास किया। उन्होंने 2009 में एक फेल्प्स फाउंडेशन बनाया, जिसमें तैराकी के नए खिलाड़ियों का मकसद था। उनका संदेश मुझे अपने तैराकी कैरियर से मिला है जिसे मैं इसे दूसरों के साथ साझा करना चाहता हूं, इसीलिए मैंने इसे लोगों के लिए खोला है। उन्होंने अकेले ही 23 स्वर्ण पदक, तैराकी में 4 ओलंपिक जीते, जहाँ भारत ने 57 खेलों में 9 स्वर्ण पदक 24 ओलंपिक जीते।
